Creative lighting design in dialogue with interior space and fashion.
Together with lighting designer Aysil Sari, Zumtobel developed a customized lighting concept that highlights the unique character of the showroom. The systematic use of light-dark contrasts creates spatial depth and boosts the presentation of fashion. The light guides the customer through the interior in a very subtle manner. It sets highlights, and underlines the dramaturgy of the store's extraordinary design.
A concept store as a work of art
L'Eclaireur in Paris is much more than just a designer shop – it is a multisensory experience encompassing fashion, art, and spatial installation. In a deliberately chaotic yet curated environment, the founding couple Hadida presents exclusive designer pieces in a setting that invites you to explore. The goal was to create a unique shopping experience that distinctly differentiates itself from a traditional store concept.
SUPERSYSTEM for staging with precision
At the heart of the lighting concept is the modular SUPERSYSTEM from Zumtobel. The LED spots with only 2.5 watts ensure precise accent lighting without UV or IR radiation – ideal for sensitive fabrics. Square shaped 4-spot modules illuminate elevated areas and dressing rooms with brilliant light quality. The flexible positioning on rails ensures maximum design freedom in the space.
A bespoke lighting design - as unique as L'Eclaireur
L’Eclaireur were looking for an innovative, bespoke solution - not just standard lighting. Zumtobel was able to meet this requirement with a technologically advanced custom solution that merges futuristic aesthetics with high functionality. The combination of energy-efficient LED technology and targeted lighting not only supports sustainability but also transforms shopping into an emotional experience.
